Benefit availability differs depending on which Westaff market you’re working in.
This is a breakdown of all possible benefits but please confirm with your Westaff recruiter what’s available to you, and what you need to do to claim them.
Have your paychecks directly deposited into your bank account and your money immediately available on payday.
Cash Pay Card
Don’t have a bank account? No problem! With our cash pay card, you will have a safe and reliable place to keep your payroll funds until you need to spend them. It works like a bank account without all the hassle of opening an account.
Westaff awards holiday pay to employees who have worked a certain number of hours. If eligible and available you may receive one day's pay, up to 8 hours of straight time at your current rate of pay, if you would have normally worked on these days:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Supplement Health Insurance
Medical coverage is available through a variety of medical plans Westaff has arranged. Coverage and cost vary according to the type of health plan option you choose. We give you a lot of options so discuss insurance with your Westaff Recruiter to decide what works best for you.
You can choose to set aside up to 15% of your paycheck in a 401(k) account with Transamerica. See your Westaff Recruiter for availability and enrollment.
Based on staffing need, select Westaff branches, may offer current associates a bonus for referring friends who are then successfully hired by Westaff. Your Westaff Recruiter will let you know when and if this program becomes available in your market.
Select Westaff branches, based on client participation, may hold safety raffles to prevent injuries and promote a culture of safety at our client sites. Your Westaff Recruiter will have more information on what work sites promote safety incentives.
